By sharing this information, Avemco is able to streamline transactions to ensure you receive the service you need. • Managing insurance agencies with which we and insurance carriers are contracted for the sale and service of quotes and policies;
• Outside companies to perform services on our behalf, such as website development companies, mail house services, and research companies which conduct marketing surveys that enable us to improve our customer service;
• Government and administrative entities to respond to subpoenas, search warrants, orders and audits;
• Insurance regulatory authorities and financial auditors;
• Another party, or its representative, involved in the purchase, sale or merger of all or part of Avemco and its affiliates;
• A certificate holder or policyholder with regard to the status of an insurance transaction;
• A lien holder, mortgagee, assignee, lessor or other person having a legal or beneficial interest in the insurance policy.

Whatever the reason for sharing information, we require strict confidentiality by the receiving parties and limit the use of the information to the purpose for which it was disclosed. Avemco will not sell your personal information to unaffiliated third parties, nor will it provide your personal information to third parties, doing business on Avemco's behalf, for their own marketing purposes.

This option applies to the insurance products and services that Avemco provides to you. Presently, Avemco does not share or exchange such information. If you have previously opted out, please be assured that your election will remain effective. You do not need to call unless you wish to change your election.
