Today more than ever, you need to be sure you're covered. Did you know there are as many as 300,000 uninsured active pilots flying in aircraft they don't own? Many of these pilots believe the insurance that is carried by the FBO or the owner of the aircraft will protect them. This is simply not true in most situations. The owners' insurance is designed to protect THEIR interests - not yours. An owners' insurance policy may not protect you for your liability or for physical damage to the aircraft or other people's property. That's why you need to carry Avemco Insurance Company Renters (Non-Owned) Insurance.

• $100 for each day of in-patient hospital care - paid to you, your spouse, parent or child as a result of an accident resulting from your use of a non-owned aircraft, for expenses incurred within one year of a covered accident.
