Avemco Now Offers Aircraft Hangar Insurance

Avemco Insurance Agency, Inc. has joined with the National Hangar Insurance Program (NHIP) to add another popular insurance product to its array of services. Avemco Insurance Company customers and other aircraft owners will now be able to purchase insurance for hangars they own.

Avemco chose NHIP because of its reputation for excellent customer service along with a product that is known in the industry for its superior quality and value. "At Avemco, we're always on the look out for new products that meet our customers' needs," said Avemco's Executive Vice President of Insurance Operations, Jim Lauerman. "The policies offered through the National Hangar Insurance Program provide outstanding value, and we're glad to bring this opportunity to our customers."

Avemco Insurance Agency, Inc. is able to make available aviation-related insurance policies not provided by Avemco Insurance Company. In response to customer demand, Avemco partnered with the Pilot Insurance Center of Addison, Texas to sell term life insurance that did not penalize pilots by putting them in higher risk categories. The hangar insurance is the second example of products the Agency will provide which offer superior value.
